Worked on a collection of illustrations for Mirello, a journaling and reflection app, using a deliberately minimal black-and-white palette. The illustrations use loose, expressive strokes and imperfect forms to create a style that feels personal, playful, and distinctly human.
Rather than polished, uniform shapes, the artwork embraces uneven lines, wonky proportions, and small inconsistencies that give each illustration its own personality. The monochromatic palette keeps the set cohesive and understated, while the raw, hand-drawn quality brings warmth and character to the app’s calm and introspective experience.
